Preparations
Mixing: Mix 6 scoops of Blendera-MF powder (approximately 50g) with 160–185 mL of warm water.
Final Volume & Energy: Stir well until dissolved to reach a final volume of 200–225 mL, providing approximately 225 kcal (Note: This is not a low-calorie food).
Usage: Use once daily or as a supplement between meals.
Technical Specifications: When prepared at a concentration of 1 kcal/mL (net volume of 225 mL), the osmolarity is approximately 320 mOsm/L.
Storage
- Once Mixed: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
- After Opening: Close the container tightly after every use. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Shelf Life After Opening: Consume the entire contents within 1 month of opening.
- Note on Appearance: Blendera-MF may exhibit slight floating particles or sedimentation after mixing. This is normal and will disappear with gentle shaking or stirring; it does not indicate a quality issue.
